This apartment of 40 sqm (430 sqf) with private terrace is exceptionally well located in the heart of the 5th arrondissement, Quai de la Tournelle just in front of Saint-Louis Island! It is in the ground floor, with access on a private deck with view on a quiet and safe garden.

It is an excellent location to find a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The view from the Pont de la Tournelle is beautiful as you can see Notre Dame, the Seine river, and Saint-Louis Island.

Many shops and stores are close to the apartment: Bakery, Butchery, Supermarket, Open air market, Theater, Restaurant, Cafe, Club, Laundromat, Doctor, Hospital, Drugstore.

The 19th century building is equipped with concierge, intercom.

No fuss, no muss:
We provide a weekly change of towels and sheets at no extra cost. Concerning laundry, a washing machine in the studio; ironing also by our maid (ask for conditions).

We also propose a cleaning service at the middle of your stay by our maid :
bathroom & kitchen cleaning, apartment sweeping and dusting, change of linens (ask for conditions).
